What the SIMI Careers Team Do:

• Deliver continuous professional development and upskilling through SIMI Skillnet training programmes
• Actively promote automotive apprenticeships in Ireland, supporting long-term workforce development

SIMI members can support, and benefit from this initiative by:

• Registering with their local SIMI Centre Committee or Training Committee
• Nominating a staff member to represent their business at careers and outreach events
• Volunteering for school and education liaison events, helping to promote motor industry careers while raising business visibility
