The Sales Apprenticeship is a two-year, industry-designed programme that equips participants with the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies to succeed in a professional sales role. It offers a flexible blend of on-the-job training, online learning, classroom sessions, and self-directed study.
Apprentices remain in full-time employment throughout the programme, spending approximately 84% of their time in the workplace, while 16% is dedicated to training
To date, several motor employers have apprentices who are currently completing or have already completed the Sales Apprenticeship.
