Official statistics released today by the Society of the Irish Motor Industry (SIMI) show that new car registrations for the month of August, were down 21% (5,754) when compared to (7,297) August 2016, while new cars registrations year to date are down 10% (124,711) on the same period last year (138,504).

Official statistics released today by the Society of the Irish Motor Industry (SIMI) show that new car registrations for the month of June, were down -14% (1,397) when compared to (1,623) June 2016, while new cars registrations year to date are down -10% (91,189) on the same period last year (101,327).

The Society of the Irish Motor Industry (SIMI) today released their official statistics for the month of May, showing that new car registrations were down -8% (5,991) compared to (6,449) May 2016, while new cars registrations year to date are down -10% (89,791) on the same period last year (99,704).
